Can I apply online?

What are the nationalities of the teachers?

Our teachers come from a diverse range of nationalities, reflecting the international nature of our school community. They include educators from countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Newzland, Lebanon, Jordan, and various other nations.

Do you accommodate students with special needs?

EMS can accommodate students with special learning needs.  We seek to be an inclusive school that can adapt its response to the learning needs of most children so as to personalise their learning experience and optimise attainment.  We very much rely upon parents to fully disclose any special learning needs during the admissions process.

When should I inform the school when I intend to withdraw my child?

Four weeks before their last day of school.

What is the size of each class?

24 to 25 students in class

Do you have school bus service?

Yes, all campuses have bus service

Can I transfer my child during the school year?

The transfer between schools will remain open until the end of January for those transferring to a different school system and until the end of February for transfers between schools within the same system.

What is the difference between the Cambridge Curriculum and other curriculums?

In our school we use the Montessori method/ we implement the 5 CLAs in our program

What are the nationalities of the students?

We are an international school that embraces internationalism, we have more than 55 nationalities that we treat equally.

Is the percentage of bullying and fighting between students high? And how do you deal with such situations?

Very low percentage of bullying and fighting issues. In case an issue occurs we follow a certain process that is mentioned in the school policy in order to take the appropriate action that doesn’t violate the code of conduct of the school.

Do you provide books or do we need to buy them?

Yes we do provide books from the school library

What is the program of Arabic language and Islamic Studies?

We follow the Ministry rules and regulations regarding Arabic language, Islamic Studies, and Qatar History

How can we follow up with the teacher to see the progress of our children?

You can send them an email /request to meet with them / we make several parent-teacher meetings throughout the year as well.

Do we have to send a lunch box with our children or do you provide lunch services?

You have to provide a lunch box that includes healthy food
